Our commitment: Transparency is at the core of everything we do. Every digital creator, every piece of content, and every interaction is clearly disclosed as AI-generated. We believe the future of AI influencers is built on trust, not deception.
1. What Is AI-Generated
At AIFLUENCE, the following are created entirely by artificial intelligence:
- Visual identity: All profile photos, images, and visual content of our digital creators are AI-generated. They do not depict real people.
- Personas: All names, biographies, personalities, and backstories are fictional, created by AI.
- Content: All posts, captions, stories, and videos are generated or assisted by AI systems.
- Interactions: Responses to comments and messages may be AI-assisted or AI-generated.
2. What Is NOT AI-Generated
- Business operations: AIFLUENCE is operated by real people
- Brand partnerships: Negotiations and agreements are conducted by our human team
- Legal & compliance: All legal, privacy, and compliance matters are handled by humans
- Strategic decisions: Content strategy and brand direction involve human oversight
3. How We Disclose
Our Disclosure Standards
- All social media profiles include "AI-generated" or equivalent disclosure in the bio
- AI-generated images include metadata tags where supported by the platform
- Sponsored content is double-labeled: as AI-generated AND as paid partnership/advertisement
- Our website clearly states that all digital creators are AI-generated
- Brand partners are fully informed that campaigns feature AI creators
- We never claim or imply our AI creators are real people
4. Regulatory Compliance
4.1 EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
📋 Risk Classification
Under the EU AI Act, AIFLUENCE's AI systems are classified as Limited Risk (Article 50). AI-generated content that could be mistaken for authentic content falls under transparency obligations. This means we are not classified as high-risk or unacceptable-risk AI, but we are required to clearly disclose when content is AI-generated — which we proactively do across all platforms and publications.
The EU AI Act requires that AI-generated content that could be mistaken for authentic content be clearly labeled. We comply by:
- Labeling all AI-generated content as artificial at the point of publication
- Maintaining transparency about the use of AI in content creation
- Documenting our AI systems and their capabilities
- Conducting risk assessments for our AI applications
- Ensuring human oversight of AI-generated content before publication
- Complying with Article 50 transparency obligations for limited-risk AI systems
4.2 Platform Policies
We comply with all major platforms' AI content policies:
- Instagram/Meta: AI-generated content labeled per Meta's AI disclosure requirements
- TikTok: Compliance with TikTok's synthetic media and AI-generated content policy
- YouTube: AI disclosure per YouTube's altered content and synthetic media policies
4.3 Advertising Standards
All sponsored and promotional content complies with:
- EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC)
- Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI — Market Practices and Consumer Protection)
- ICC Advertising and Marketing Communications Code
- Platform-specific advertising disclosure requirements
5. Ethical Principles
- No deception: We never try to pass AI creators off as real people
- No exploitation: We do not use real people's likenesses without consent
- No harm: Content is designed to be positive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory
- No minors: Our AI creators are designed as adults; we never create AI personas of minors
- No misinformation: We do not create content designed to spread false information
- Human oversight: All AI content is reviewed before publication
- Accountability: We take responsibility for all content published by our AI creators
